I really wish I would have taken it 'before' photo, but I do see the difference and love this mask. The addition of the neck and chest piece is what put it over the top for me.
I’ve been loving my mask!! it’s noticeably reduced the redness in my skin and helped with puffiness as well. My boyfriend even mentioned he can see a real difference in how much more radiant my complexion looks.
I first started using it on January 8, 2026, and now that it’s April 5, I’ve been able to stay pretty consistent with it. I try to use it every night after washing my face, usually doing 10 minutes on red + blue light and another 10 minutes on yellow + NIR. I gradually worked my skin up to the full 20 minutes, and just about a week ago I started using higher intensity settings.
That said, I have also made some significant lifestyle changes, including improving my diet, focusing on my overall health, and cutting out alcohol... so I’m sure that’s contributed as well. Still, I genuinely believe the mask has played a major role in enhancing the overall tone and evenness of my skin.
This mask is easy to use and very comfortable. I'm pleased with the number of bulbs and the price point. I have been using regularly and don't really notice a change in skin yet but will continue!
I really love how easy it is to use and the fact that it only takes 10 minutes. I’ve used other handheld red light devices in the past which takes so much time to use. This has been great because it includes my neck and chest. I’m 70 years old and I’ve been told I have the skin of a 50 yr old. I’m sure the infrared light treatments have a lot to do with that.
