Why are there 3 intensity settings?

This is another additional feature available with our mask. The lower intensities allow you to begin your LED therapy journey with a reduced intensity setting. This can help your skin gradually adapt to the light therapy, or use lower intensities generally if your skin prefers a gentler approach.
How often should I use the Equinox™ mask?

We recommend three to five 10-minute treatments per week for four to six weeks, followed by maintenance as desired.
How long should I use each mode?

Our recommended daily session time is 10 minutes per session at the highest intensity, in total. You can gradually increase session time, if you feel the need to.
What type of LEDs does the Equinox™ Pro use?

The Equinox™ Pro features 4-in-1 medical-grade LED bulbs, each containing 4 LEDs that emit research-backed wavelengths.

The Face mask includes 84 medical-grade bulbs, totaling 336 LEDs with 84 LEDs per wavelength.

The Neck & Chest piece has 80 medical-grade bulbs, totaling 320 LEDs with 80 LEDs per wavelength.

How often should I use the Wand, and for how long?

For best results, we recommend using the wand for 5 minutes per day, 3-4 times a week, for 4-6 weeks. Continue with regular maintenance as needed. Consistent use is key to enhancing the appearance of your skin's texture and tone.

To prepare your skin for the Wand, start with a clean, bare face, and apply a non-oily serum for seamless gliding. For enhanced results, use a conductive hydrating agent, like a serum or moisturizer enriched with hyaluronic acid or aloe vera. These key ingredients not only deeply moisturize but also facilitate the currents' efficacy, aiding in diminishing imperfections for a clearer complexion.
Will I feel the microcurrent or vibration during treatment?

You may feel a gentle sensation from the microcurrent and vibration features, but they are designed to be comfortable and non-invasive.
How do I clean the wand after use?

Simply wipe the head of the wand with a soft, damp cloth after each use. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging the device in water.
