Luyors Wholesale Partnership Terms
These terms are designed to protect both our partners and the integrity of the Luyors brand.
1. Account Approval
Wholesale accounts are granted at Luyors’ discretion. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications to ensure brand alignment and clinical standards.
2. Pricing Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be disclosed publicly. MSRP guidelines must be respected unless otherwise authorized in writing.
3. Minimum Order Requirements
Opening orders and reorders may be subject to minimum quantities. Requirements may evolve based on product and territory.
4. Payment Terms
Orders are prepaid. Payment must be received prior to shipment.
5. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all wholesale purchases are final sale.
Luyors does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on wholesale orders.
Wholesale partners are responsible for managing returns or exchanges with their retail clients in accordance with their own policies.
6. Manufacturer Warranty & End-User Claims
Luyors provides a manufacturer warranty on products.
In the event of a product defect:

Proof of purchase from the authorized professional partner will be required

Warranty claims are handled directly between Luyors and the end customer
Wholesale partners are not responsible for processing warranty claims on behalf of Luyors.
7. Brand Integrity & Distribution
Wholesale partners may not:

Sell on Amazon, eBay, or third-party marketplaces

Discount below approved pricing guidelines

Modify branding, packaging, or marketing materials
Violation may result in account termination.
8. Account Termination
Luyors reserves the right to suspend or terminate professional accounts that violate these terms or compromise brand integrity.
Luyors is not a mass-distribution brand. We prioritize selective, long-term partnerships over volume-based expansion. We look forward to working with you.
