Step 3: After you complete your purchase, you’ll see a link to a qualification survey in your email confirmation.
Step 4: Take the quick survey to determine your eligibility.
Step 5: In 1-2 business days, Truemed will email your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) and provide instructions for receiving reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrator.
