I did a lot of research before deciding on the Equinox. First, I love that it is wireless so I can move around while wearing it as opposed to having to sit plugged in. Second, It also comes with both the face and neck mask for the same price as a popular brand charges for the face mask only. Third, one mask provides all the different lights. I use it nightly with the red and infrared, do have the option to use the other colors depending on my skin issues. Finally, I do notice the results. I use the mask and then apply my serum and cream. My rosacea is undetectable and look 10 years younger than my age. I believe it is a combination of the mask, good products and regular facials. But the mask is a definite contributor. Highly recommend.
